Thank you for shopping with Tamas Erdodi Art and the Modern Artist Club. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines our terms for both physical and digital purchases.

Physical Artworks, Art prints and/or Products


We have a 14-day return policy for physical goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order artwork): During the creation process, we like to make sure you see clearly how the final artwork will look like. Because these pieces are created uniquely for you, they are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you truly want is to initiate a return for the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product. Please note that custom or digital items are not eligible for exchanges.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Digital Products (Downloads, Classes, Membership Access)

All digital products, including downloads, online classes, membership subscriptions, and digital resources, are non-refundable and not eligible for return once access or download has been initiated.

By purchasing digital content, you agree that the download or access may begin immediately and, as such, you waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws such as the EU Digital Content Directive and similar international regulations.

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for a physical item and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
